File Extensions
Cognio uses the following file extensions:

The .cfw extension is used for Cognio Smart Device firmware. Firmware for xIO-series Managed Devices uses its own device-specific file extensions.
Files from Other Versions of Cognio
As of DesignOps 1.1, Sites, Spaces, Control Panel Groups, module configurations, and themes record the version of Cognio DesignOps they were saved with. Files from an earlier version are upgraded automatically when you open them, and files from a newer version cannot be opened. See File Versioning.
