Unmapped Controls

Unmapped controls are the generic control elements you add to a Control Panel from the Toolkit, such as a Fader, Button, or Meter. After you add one, you map it to a function in the Function tab and style it in the Design tab.

This section describes the Design tab for each control type. To open it, select a control on the Control Panel and click the Design tab in the Modifier Panel.

Common Controls

Many Design sections — such as Alignment, Transform, Theme, Appearance, and Label — appear on more than one control type and work the same way wherever they appear. These shared sections are described once in Common Controls, and each control page links to them.
